Within 30 days of receipt, you can return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all tags attached and in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

Select the item you want to return or exchange and provide a reason.

Generate and print your prepaid return shipping label instantly.

Return Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. However, if the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will gladly cover the return shipping costs.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We strongly recommend returning the original item for a refund and then placing a new order in your desired size or color to ensure the fastest possible service and product availability.
